ヒューマンサイエンスは、10年間moodle関連の開発をしてきました。2017年にmoodle partnerを取得し、moodleサービスを広く提供しています。その実績の中から、開発の事例や最近の傾向をお話しします。moodleをより使いやすくする方法をお伝えします。

・エビリーは動画配信を中心にお客様の動画ビジネスを成功に導くソリューションを展開しています。今回は某大学とより効果的な動画eラーニングを実現すべく、共同でmoodleプラグインを開発しました。現在、β版として提供しており、現在βテストのご協力企業を募集中です。

オリジナルの文章を精査するオンラインツールTurnitin feedback Studioのご紹介。

米国Turnitin社は独自の技術と世界有数の学術出版社とのパートナーシップにより、信頼性の高い剽窃防止ソリューションを提供しております。

主に大学、高校、インターナショナルスクール等で正しいレポートの書き方の指導の際に利用されています。オンラインで提出された学生レポートの類似性をチェックし、添削、採点、返却まで一貫して行うことができ、学生の「コピペ」を防ぐオンラインツールです。

世界的な利用の動向として、インドでは法制化され、各大学での利用を促しております。英国では97%の大学で利用されております。今後の日本の教育にも必須なツールとして利用されるように各機能のご紹介をします。

Integrity（誠実さ）の教育は日本でも高まって来ており、特にグローバル化していく社会の中で、Integrityは様々な場面で求められております。教育においてもIntegrityは大切な素養です。独創的な思考、信頼性のある文章、誠実性の習慣はいずれも生涯に渡り必要なスキルとなります。学生のうちに学問に対する誠実さの基礎をしっかり身につけておくことがグローバル化された社会では必要です。

米国Turnitin社が提供をするTurnitin feedback Studioは世界で多くの大学、高等学校でAcademic Integrity(学問的な誠実さ)の醸成ツールとして利用されております。特にIntegrityを大切にする英国の大学では97%の利用率を誇ります。Moodleとの連携を行うことでTurnitinの機能が利用でき、学生の提出した課題、レポートの文章オリジナリティを解析できます。学生のレポート提出に継続利用することで学生には文章力の向上も期待できます。オリジナルへの敬意を持つ事がAcademic Integrityにもつながります。

Internet based language learning for all its benefits has struggled to replace speaking activities in the traditional classroom. Recently however the availability of good quality, low cost AI powered speech technologies has enabled a new generation of speaking activities. These activities can engage students, provide speaking opportunities, automate assessment and free teacher time. These hold the promise of a future in which speech technology will actually improve our ability to teach speaking in different languages.

The presenter will demonstrate and explain Poodll’s  range of AI powered speaking activities for the Moodle platform. These include Poodll EnglishCentral which gives real time feedback and a score on a student’s pronunciation, ReadAloud which can evaluate a student’s oral reading, PCHAT which allows students to self assess their speaking in a conversation, and Speaking Quiz which provides an automated speaking test.
