Hi Gordon,

Today(1/15) is the deadline for presenter registration, but I have not seen the paper acceptance letter or agenda. Is it possible to extend the registration period?

Yes, we will extend the registration deadline for presenter registration by 2 weeks until Jan 31st.

Dear host,

I also havn't got any notice or scedule for my conditionally accepted presentation. I need to make decision for air flight booking for the conference. 

Could you tell me what is going on?

I've written the presentation abstract. In the coming days I will upload the presentation file. Is it possible to explain if my presentation has been scheduled within the program .. so I can complete  and send the amount of participation and booking travel packages ..

Can you send an invoice that includes all the amounts?
