Dear Sir,

My colleague has made payment for the conference fee Yen10,000 from his PayPal account.  I hope that's ok.  Can you confirm the payment.  Attached the payment receipt.

We only accept payment by PayPal, credit cards, or bank transfer. I'm sorry for your inconvenience.

Dear Kimura-san 

I would like to inform you that I have not receive the registration confirmation from the MMJ 2019 site, as the rest of my colleagues.  As I have inform earlier, my conference fee was paid by Mr Muhammad Khairiltitov

where he has made 2 payments of Yen 10,000 as above, on December 6 (for himself)  and on Feb 8 (for me). 

I would be very much happy if you can sort this out and provide me with the conference badge and receipt.
