If you are a presenter, we strongly encourage you to take this opportunity to compose a good paper on your presentation after the moot for submission. さて，2012年度の表彰についてお知らせがあります。１）ベスト・イノベーション賞，２）ベスト・オープンコース賞の2種類です。どちらも四人の受賞者を選出し，ムート中に額入り表彰状をもって表彰いたします。

２）ベスト・ムードル・オープンコース賞　ベスト・プラグイン賞に続いて今年度，教授法・教材に関する表彰を新たに設けました。会員である方なら誰でも，御自分が作り，使用した自慢のムードルコースをこのコンペに「出品」することができます。これは他の人たちと自由に（無料で）共用(シェア)できることが前提です。出来たばかりのMAJのコース・シェアリング・ハブ　http://hub.moodlejapan.org を訪ねて詳細をご覧下さい。このサイトにユーザ登録をし，また御自分のMoodleサイトにハブ・クライアント・ブロックをインストールしなければなりません。このブロックによって，コースをMAJのハブに送り，シェアすることができます。このブロックはMoodle2.3 のみで作動します。もしあなたがMoodle2.0-2.2の使用者だったら，単純にコースのバックアップファイルをDon Hinkelman 氏（hinkel@sgu.ac.jp）に直接送って下さい。彼が自らファイル変換をし，ハブにアップロードしてくれます。コンペ期間中も，またその後も，これらのコースは配布とダウンロードが出来るように維持します。

皆様，どうか奮って上記の賞（コンペ）にご参加下さい。歴史上最も生産的かつ革新的な日本ムードル・ムートとなりそうな今大会で皆様にお会いできることを楽しみにしています。

Time is approaching the deadline for registering for the MoodleMoot 2013 in Tokyo, at TokyoKaseiUniversity, on March 2-3.  Please go here to make your registration:  https://moodlejapan.org/course/view.php?id=54

We also have some timely announcements concerning our new Awards covering the year 2012:  1) Best Innovation and 2) Best Open Course.  Each competition will have four awards and receive a framed certificate at the Moot:

- Honorable Mention (2)

1)  Best Moodle Innovation Award:  You, as an MAJ member, are eligible to nominate any plugin developed here in Japan for the Best Innovation Award. Please choose a plugin that you have used and has not been awarded a prize last year (Moodle Lite, QuizPort, Sharing Cart, PoodLL).  For details please visit : https://moodlejapan.org/course/view.php?id=52&topic=0#section-2

2)  Best Moodle Open Course Award:  In addition to a best plugin, this year we are adding a new competition concerned with pedagogy and educational content. You, as an MAJ member, are also eligible to submit your favourite Moodle course that you have authored and used in the past year. It should be a course that you are willing to share freely.  Please go to the newly opened MAJ Course Sharing Hub at this URL:  http://hub.moodlejapan.org  for instructions.  You will need to register in the Hub and also install a Hub Client block on your home Moodle site.  This Hub Client block can transfer your course into the MAJ Hub for sharing.  This block only works for courses that are Moodle version 2.3, but if you have an course from Moodle 2.0-2.2, simply send your course backup file to Don Hinkelman (hinkel@sgu.ac.jp) and he will manually update and upload it.  During and after the competition, these courses will be available for distribution and download.
