日本ムードル協会会員の皆様

来るムードルムートでは会員総会が予定されています．その際，協会の規約改正が会長より提案される予定です．これは主に昨年末に発足した（世界）ムードルユーザ協会と日本ムードル協会との関係を再定義する必要と賛助会員とスポンサーの関係を整理するためのものです．まず，現行の規約についてはこちらでご確認下さい．

次に添付ファイル（日本語版（J））をご覧になり，改正点についてご確認下さい．用語変更などの細かい変更点は下線で示してあります．削除部分は取り消し線で示してあります．大きな変更点は網掛けで示してあります．ご覧いただいて，ご意見のある方は総会にて御発言下さい．規定上，出席者の3分の2の賛成で改正案が可決されます．

Dear members of MAJ,

AGM or annual general meeting is planned for the coming MoodleMoot Japan. At the meeting, the president will propose some amendments to the current constitution and bylaws. The main rationals are, for one thing, to redefine our association in relation to the newly inaugurated (global) Moodle Users Association, and for second, to restructure the Associate membership and Sponsorship. Please refer to the current constitution at the following place:

Then review the proposed amendments in the attached file (English version). Minor changes such as wordings are indicated by underlines, deletions are indicated by strike-outs, and major changes are indicated by gray shades. Opinions are welcome at the AGM. According to the standing rules, the amendments will pass by approval of two-thirds or more of the members who attended the meeting. Thank you.

日本ムードル・ムート２０１４　沖縄大会にご参加の皆様

ご参加心より感謝申し上げます．予想を上回る９０名のワークショップ参加者，２４０名超の本大会参加者，１２０名の懇親会参加者を得まして，大盛況のうちに大会を終えることができましたのも，実行委員長のダグラス・ドライスタット先生を初めとする沖縄国際大学の皆様，および全参加者の皆様のご協力の賜物と感謝申し上げます．

発表論集（プロシーディングズ）の締め切りは４月１４日（月）です．奮ってご投稿下さい．詳細は後々発表されます．

大会のアンケートもオンラインでアナウンスされますので，是非ご協力下さい．

Dear participants in Moodle Moot Japan 2014 in Okinawa,

Thank you for joining us. We had as many as 90 people for the workshops, over 240 people for the main conference, and 120 people for the networking reception.  I owe this success to the OKIU staff and student volunteers led by Prof. Douglas Dreistadt, and to all the participants.

The deadline for the moot proceedings is Monday, April 14. All presenters are encouraged to submit their articles in time.  The details will be announced soon.
