本日より2022年日本ムードルムートを開催します。ムートのページ（https://moodlejapan.org/course/view.php?id=89）でスケジュールの詳細をご覧になれます。

本ムートは，全セッションがオンラインで行われます。ムートページ内に，セッションごとの入り口となるリンクが用意されています。各リンク先ページで「セッションに参加する」のボタンを押してご参加ください。それぞれ開始時刻の10分前から参加することができます。

ムートページ内にはこの他，MAJ Cafeや懇親会のセクションなどで，同期・非同期のいくつかの活動・機能を用意しております。ぜひご覧になってみてください。

We are happy to announce that MoodleMoot Japan 2022 opens today. Please find the full schedule on the moot page (https://moodlejapan.org/course/view.php?id=89).

All sessions of this moot will be held online. In the moot page, there is a link to the entrance of each session. Please click the "Join Session" button on each linked page to join the session. You can join from 10 minutes before the start time of each session.

In addition to the presentation sessions, there are several other synchronous and asynchronous activities and functions available on the moot page. Please have a look at them in such as the MAJ Cafe and the Networking Reception sections.

ムートの開催まであと2日となりました。発表・参加の方法についてご案内します。

発表者のかたへ

  • 一般的な学会発表と異なり，本ムートでは「座長」がありません。発表時間には質疑応答の時間も含まれます。発表の開始や終了，質疑の時間配分等は，ご自身でなさるようお願いします。
  • 発表は BigBlueButton (BBB) というweb会議システムで行います。BBB の発表会場を起動するためのリンクは，当日までに Moot コース内に表示されます。
  • BBB の操作に慣れていない方は，Moot コース内「発表者ゾーン」にある Practice Room でお早めに練習をお願いします。操作方法は，「MAJ用BBB資料 発表者」ファイルをご覧ください。
  • 当日の発表は忘れずにレコーディングしてください。レコーディングの方法は，「MAJ用BBB資料 発表者」の p.9 にあります。
  • Presenters' forum もご確認ください。

参加者のかたへ

  • スケジュール ページに掲載されている発表時間は，いずれも質疑応答の時間も含みます。発表と質疑の時間配分等は，発表者の裁量で行われます。
  • 発表は BigBlueButton (BBB) というweb会議システムで行われます。BBB の発表会場に参加するためのリンクは，当日までに Moot コース内に表示されます。BBB の利用方法は，「BBBの利用方法 - 資料」をご覧ください。
  • 18日（木）のワークショップは，いずれも事前参加申し込みなしで，当日，直接参加いただけます。

Dear presenters and participants for MoodleMoot Japan 2021,

We have just two days left to the Moot. Here are some quick notes for presenters and participants.

To presenters:

  • Unlike in other academic meetings, there is no chair in the presentation sessions. Each presentation slot includes a question-and-answer session. Please start and close your session and manage the amount of time for Q&A all within your allocated slot.
  • We use a web conference system called BigBlueButton (BBB) for broadcasting the sessions. There will be a link to start your BBB session available in the Moot course.
  • If you are not familiar with using BBB, we recommend trying it out as early as possible with a Practice Room available at Presenters’ Area in the Moot course. For instructions, please refer to this file.
  • Please be sure to record your presentation. The file above explains how to record on p.9.
  • For more information, please visit the presenters’ forum at Presenters' forum.

To participants:

  • Each presentation slot listed in Schedule includes a question-and-answer session. Allocation of time within a session depends on the presenter.
  • We use a web conference system called BigBlueButton (BBB) for broadcasting the sessions. There will be links to enter  BBB sessions available in the Moot course. For instructions, please refer to How to use BBB for Moodlemoot - Manual.
  • The workshops held on Thursday, 18th will be open for anyone without registration in the Moot.

大変お待たせいたしました。

プレゼンテーションの視聴方法、および発表者の方への簡単なガイダンスをお示しします。
（熊本料理にちなんだ名前の）オンラインルームを作成いたしました。
各発表は、元々のスケジュールに沿って実施されます。
参加者および発表者の方々は、以下のリンクから、スケジュールのトップに表示されている「ルーム」をクリックして下さい。

参加者の方々は、発表者が配信するプレゼンテーションの視聴が可能となります。
視聴にはログインが必須となります。
オンラインスケジュールは視聴したい発表にアクセスするために非常に重要です。
オンラインスケジュールを確認してください。また、サイトにアクセスする際には必ずログインを行ってください。

発表者の方におかれましては、発表者としてログイン後、プレゼンテーションの資料をPDFとしてアップロードいただけますよう、お願いいたします。
また、スケジュールのトップにある（熊本料理にちなんだ名前の）リンクから、発表に用いるBigBlueButtonのルームに移動することができます。

システムは本日の午後に利用可能となります。

発表をキャンセルされた発表者の方もいらっしゃいます。
このため、参加者・発表者の方々にとって、オンラインスケジュールは非常に重要なものとなります。
キャンセルとなった発表、および視聴可能な発表がそれぞれの時間枠に表示されています。
ログインすると、オンラインプレゼンテーションへの参加が可能となります。
視聴するだけの場合、視聴したい部屋の名前をクリックし、PC等のインターネットに接続されたデバイスの指示に従ってください。

To the participants and presenters at MAJ Online MOOT 2020

Firstly, thank you for your patience.

We would like to give you some guidance on how to access the presentations you will view, and for presenters to be able to present. We have created online rooms (Named after popular dishes in Kumamoto) for each of the presentation streams on the original schedule. Participants and presenters will click the “room” which is at the top of the schedule. Access this here

You will be able to view and hear the presenter of that stream do their presentation. The important thing to remember is that you MUST be logged in to view this. The online schedule will be vitally important for each participant to access the presentations they want to see. Please check the online schedule, remembering that you MUST be logged in to the site to access anything.
For presenters, we ask that you upload your presentation as a pdf file as soon as you log in as a presenter. You will also do this by clicking the same link (at the top of the schedule – a link named after popular dishes in Kumamoto) which takes you to the BigBlueButton room you will present in. 
The system will be up this afternoon for you to practice with. 

Some presenters have had to cancel so this is why the online schedule will be vital for participants and presenters to follow. Those that canceled will be shown and those that you can watch will be in their assigned slot. When you log in and follow the directions you should be able to follow the online presentation. 
If you are only viewing, also please click the room name at the top of the stream you wish to view and accept your computer's/internet connected device's directions when you do so.
