All participants are asked to please pre-pay by 15th February, 2011 for their 1 year MAJ membership, which includes the Moodle Moot conference, & for the networking dinner if attending. Seating for the networking party, which will be held in Kochi City, is limited. Participants who pre-register and pre-pay are guaranteed a dinner reservation.

  • MAJ Membership: 10,000 yen for 1 year (Conference is included. For concession fee and students' fee, see the fee page.)　
  • Networking party with Martin Dougiamas in Kochi City: 4,500 yen (including 500 yen for chartered bus to dinner in Kochi City)
  • Total package if prepaying by 15 February, 2011: 14,500 yen.

* Note: If payment is made after 15, February, 2011, an additional 1,000 yen will be charged for dinner & transportation (if seats are still open for the dinner).

* Note: The chartered bus service from the venue to Kochi City is about 1/2 the cost of public transportation.

* Note: Participants arriving from overseas will be able to pay for the conference & dinner onsite at the pre-paid rate.
