The global pandemic has forced educators and educational institutes all over the world to re-evaluate their approach to online learning, including either the adoption of new, or expansion and development of existing Learning Managements Systems (LMS). Fukuoka Jo Gakuin Nursing University, a small single department university in Koga City, Fukuoka, has been utilizing a number of online content delivery systems, such as Course Power and Google Classroom. However from 2022, the university will be making the move to Moodle in order to meet growing demand for online education and to provide a diverse learning experience for students. In this presentation, we will discuss our ongoing process of campus-wide adoption of Moodle as the primary LMS within the university. We will clarify the rationale behind the move, and will outline each of the steps that we have taken, as well as the pitfalls we have encountered. Key to making the move a success will be in getting faculty buy-in. In the presentation, we will discuss the measures we have taken to ensure an easy transition for the faculty and staff to Moodle, and how we intend to develop Moodle in a nursing context in the future.

Feedback The abstract for this case study is clearly written and it will be interesting to hear how the introduction of Moodle will be implemented. Faculty buy-in is mentioned as the main key to success, but I would also like to hear how the administrative side was convinced.
