The Mobile Quickmail JPN block has some advantages over the Moodle messaging system. This quick lightening talk will highlight how these functions can benefit both teacher and student. Examples include the full editor with fonts, colour and size choice, the ability to add links, media and more. Files can also be attached and it is possible for teachers to email all course users, groups or individuals. A big benefit is that students can register the email address where they prefer to receive emails, without having to change their Moodle profile email address. The quick set up will be demonstrated.

The Mobile Quickmail JPN block was has some advantages over using the Moodle messaging system. MQJ has a full editor utilizing the same functions as other Moodle editors such as changing fonts, colour, size, adding links, images and many more. File attachments can be sent via the drag-and-drop area. It is possible for teachers to email all course users, groups or individuals. MQJ is easy to set up by inputting the desired email address, clicking send and confirming the email. Also, students can enter the email address which they prefer, even differing from their Moodle profile email address.

Feedback A few grammatical errors that would benefit from a rewrite. Personally can't see the benefits over using the messaging system in Moodle but will look forward to being convinced otherwise.

Feedback The abstract reads like an introduction to a new product. The focus of the presentation is unclear. The title suggests it focuses on the students, but the abstract itself does not state what the presenter really wants to talk about. Will the focus be on user-friendliness compared to the Moodle messaging system? If so, for the instructor, for the students, or for both? Or will the focus be on setting up MQJ? Some grammar mistakes appear in the abstract. I would suggest a revision to remove mistakes and clarify the focus.
