Topic: Agent-Based AI in Moodle: Why Standard Tools Are Not Enough and Deep Integration Is the Key. (in English)
人工知能（AI）の活用は、デジタル教育の分野にまったく新しい可能性を切り開きます。しかし、「エージェントベースのAI」となると、従来のAIブラウザや独立した標準的なAIツールでは、すぐに限界に達してしまいます。こうしたツールには、教育的な文脈やMoodleにおける具体的なワークフローとの直接的な連携が欠けていることが多々あります。本プレゼンテーションでは、エージェントベースのAIを有意義かつ的確に活用するためには、Moodleへの深い統合が不可欠である理由について議論します。外部ソリューションが抱える技術的・概念的な課題を検証し、シームレスな統合が教員や学生にどのような真の付加価値をもたらすかを実証します。この分析を踏まえ、このビジョンを実現するために現在開発を進めている具体的なソリューション案をご紹介します。
The use of artificial intelligence opens up entirely new possibilities in the field of digital education. However, when it comes to “agent-based AI,” conventional AI browsers and isolated standard AI tools quickly reach their limits. They often lack a direct connection to the pedagogical context and the specific workflows in Moodle. In this presentation, we will discuss why a meaningful and targeted use of agent-based AI absolutely requires deep integration into Moodle. We’ll examine the technical and conceptual hurdles of external solutions and demonstrate how seamless integration can create real added value for teachers and students. Building on this analysis, I’ll present a concrete solution proposal that we’re currently working on to put this vision into practice.
