MAJ Online MOOT 2020 の参加者・発表者のみなさま

大変お待たせいたしました。

プレゼンテーションの視聴方法、および発表者の方への簡単なガイダンスをお示しします。
（熊本料理にちなんだ名前の）オンラインルームを作成いたしました。
各発表は、元々のスケジュールに沿って実施されます。
参加者および発表者の方々は、以下のリンクから、スケジュールのトップに表示されている「ルーム」をクリックして下さい。

参加者の方々は、発表者が配信するプレゼンテーションの視聴が可能となります。
視聴にはログインが必須となります。
オンラインスケジュールは視聴したい発表にアクセスするために非常に重要です。
オンラインスケジュールを確認してください。また、サイトにアクセスする際には必ずログインを行ってください。

発表者の方におかれましては、発表者としてログイン後、プレゼンテーションの資料をPDFとしてアップロードいただけますよう、お願いいたします。
また、スケジュールのトップにある（熊本料理にちなんだ名前の）リンクから、発表に用いるBigBlueButtonのルームに移動することができます。

システムは本日の午後に利用可能となります。

発表をキャンセルされた発表者の方もいらっしゃいます。
このため、参加者・発表者の方々にとって、オンラインスケジュールは非常に重要なものとなります。
キャンセルとなった発表、および視聴可能な発表がそれぞれの時間枠に表示されています。
ログインすると、オンラインプレゼンテーションへの参加が可能となります。
視聴するだけの場合、視聴したい部屋の名前をクリックし、PC等のインターネットに接続されたデバイスの指示に従ってください。

To the participants and presenters at MAJ Online MOOT 2020

Firstly, thank you for your patience.

We would like to give you some guidance on how to access the presentations you will view, and for presenters to be able to present. We have created online rooms (Named after popular dishes in Kumamoto) for each of the presentation streams on the original schedule. Participants and presenters will click the “room” which is at the top of the schedule. Access this here

You will be able to view and hear the presenter of that stream do their presentation. The important thing to remember is that you MUST be logged in to view this. The online schedule will be vitally important for each participant to access the presentations they want to see. Please check the online schedule, remembering that you MUST be logged in to the site to access anything.
For presenters, we ask that you upload your presentation as a pdf file as soon as you log in as a presenter. You will also do this by clicking the same link (at the top of the schedule – a link named after popular dishes in Kumamoto) which takes you to the BigBlueButton room you will present in. 
The system will be up this afternoon for you to practice with. 

Some presenters have had to cancel so this is why the online schedule will be vital for participants and presenters to follow. Those that canceled will be shown and those that you can watch will be in their assigned slot. When you log in and follow the directions you should be able to follow the online presentation. 
If you are only viewing, also please click the room name at the top of the stream you wish to view and accept your computer's/internet connected device's directions when you do so.

2020年日本ムードルムート参加者のみなさま / Dear Participants for MoodleMoot Japan 2020

理事会での再協議の結果，対面式でのMootから「オンラインでの開催」へと変更することが決定しました。崇城大学における「対面式」でのMootは中止となりました。一昨日「延期」とお伝えしておりました2020年日本ムードルムートは，元々予定されてた期間において，オンライン上で開催されることとなります。

The board of directors of the Moodle Association of Japan has, after careful deliberation, decided to change from a face-to-face Moot, to an "online moot" style for the upcoming Moot. The face-to-face MoodleMoot conference at Sojo University has been cancelled. Previously we stated it would be postponed. Now we are planning to hold, wherever possible, online sessions on the same days as originally planned. 

本決定は新型コロナウイルス感染症への対策として，会場の崇城大学からの要請によるものです。
This decision was made due to a request from Sojo University, the venue, as a measure against the spreading of the new coronavirus.

開催直前での決定となりましたことをお詫びいたします。みなさまには多大なご迷惑をおかけしますが，やむを得ない事情によりますことをご理解いただけますようお願いいたします。
We apologize that this decision was made at the last minute and also for causing trouble to you. However, considering the situation, it is truly unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding of this regrettable situation.

本会へのお支払済み料金の返金につきましては，後日あらためてお知らせいたします。
Regarding the refunding of fees paid to MAJ, we will make another announcement later.

**Only for participants coming from abroad to Kumamoto** We are arranging an online streaming space for the "online moot". We will be contacting you individually. A special team of broadcasters will organize this.

2020年日本ムードルムート参加者のみなさま / Dear Participants for MoodleMoot Japan 2020

来週開催を予定しておりました2020年日本ムードルムートは，理事会での協議の結果「延期」することが本日決定しました。

The board of directors of Moodle Association of Japan has, after deliberation, decided today to POSTPONE MoodleMoot Japan 2020.

本決定は新型コロナウイルス感染症への対策として，会場の崇城大学からの要請によるものです。

This decision is made due to a request from Sojo University, the venue, as a measure against new coronavirus infections.

開催直前での決定となりましたことをお詫びいたします。みなさまには多大なご迷惑をおかけしますが，やむを得ない事情によりますことをご理解いただけますようお願いいたします。

We apologize for this decision being made at the last minute and also for causing such a big trouble to you. We appreciate your understanding of the unavoidable situations.

本会へのお支払済み料金の返金につきましては，後日あらためてお知らせいたします。

なお，海外から熊本へ来られる方々のために，27日（木）をワンデイムートとします。 やむを得ず熊本へ来られた方には少人数ワークショップへの参加をご招待します。ただし，講演者は海外からの参加者に限定します。

For the participants coming from abroad to Kumamoto, we are arranging a one-day Moot on Thursday, February 27th. We would like to invite those who will have arrived in Kumamoto for unavoidable reasons to the special sessions of small groups. Presentations will be limited to the participants from abroad.

2020年日本ムードルムートの開催が来週に迫ってきました。参加される方は，名札をプリントアウトしてご持参いただけますよう，お願いいたします。

名札データは，明日2月22日（土）明後日2月23日（日）になりましたら「大会参加情報の登録・確認」のページに表示されますので，そちらをプリントアウトしてください。領収証データ等も合わせて表示されます。

MoodleMoot Japan 2020 is fast approaching! Please print out your name card and bring it when coming to the moot.

Your name-card data which you can print out will be available on the page "Register for the Conference" from Saturday, February 22nd Sunday, February 23rd. Receipts for your payment will also be available there.
