I am extremely happy to welcome you to our beautiful campus at Ibaraki Christian University to participate in the 2023 MoodleMoot Japan. We are thrilled to host the first face-to-face conference since the pandemic started. Our staff are here to support you and help ensure that you feel comfortable during your stay.

The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has shown the importance of online learning and the continuous need to adapt to various situations. Through participating in the moot, I hope that everyone can learn new techniques, skills and information that will help you plan, prepare and teach classes more effectively and efficiently.
