Q. Will online live streaming of sessions be offered?

A. Moot 2024 is held face-to-face; no live streaming will be offered.

Q. Will on-demand distribution of sessions be offered?

A. Keynote presentations will be recorded and distributed online after the moot. The other sessions will not be distributed online.

Q. Is Wi-Fi service available on the venue?

A. Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in most of the session rooms.

Q. Do I need to bring my own PC to participate in the workshops?

A. Yes, please bring your own laptop PC or mobile (tablet) device.

Q. Is there a cafeteria on campus?

A. Yes, but they will only offer sales of lunch boxes by advance reservation during the moot conference period (February 17 and 18). There are luncheon sessions provided by our sponsors where free lunch boxes will be offered to the first 30 participants.

Q. Is there a convenience store on campus?

A. Yes, they will be open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm during the moot period.

Q. Is there a smoking area on the venue?

A. No, please note that smoking is prohibited on campus and in the surrounding area.
