遅くなりましたが、22日（木）の午後4時50分から予定されている協会総会の議題を添付PDFファイルにてお知らせします。
Sorry for the delay. I would like to present the subjects which should be discussed at the annual general meeting (AGM) with an attached pdf file.
総会議案の中で、新しい執行部（理事）承認の手続きが入っていないと思いますが。それと、最後のプロシーディングズですが、これについては理事会のアジェンダにも入っていますが、理事会よりも総会が先に来てしまうので、詳しいことは言えないとは思いますが、少なくとも、今年からは査読の方法を厳しくして査読論文を「厳選」する方針だ、ということは伝えた方が良いと思います。
One thing to be added to the agenda will be approval of new steering body (officers). Another thing, about the announcement of proceedings, the reform of proceedings is on the agenda of EBM, but AGM comes before the EBM, so we will not be able to say details about it, but at least, I think we should mention that the review process will be stricter this year for "refereed" papers.
