総会議案の中で、新しい執行部（理事）承認の手続きが入っていないと思いますが。それと、最後のプロシーディングズですが、これについては理事会のアジェンダにも入っていますが、理事会よりも総会が先に来てしまうので、詳しいことは言えないとは思いますが、少なくとも、今年からは査読の方法を厳しくして査読論文を「厳選」する方針だ、ということは伝えた方が良いと思います。
