新型コロナウイルス感染症に留意し大会運営を行いますので、参加される皆様のご理解、ご協力をよろしくお願い申し上げます。
The Moodle MOOT will proceed as planned with special awareness and precautions taken in respect to the coronavirus outbreak. Thank you, in advance, for your understanding and cooperation.
・感染が少しでも疑われる場合、または、単に体調が悪い場合でも自主的に大会参加を見合わせるよう強く要請します。
• We request that you cancel your participation if there is any chance you have become infected with the virus or if you feel ill.
・大会期間中のマスクの着用を推奨します。とくに共用のマイクを通した感染を防ぐため、マスクを着用したままの講演も可とします。ポスター発表者、座長、質問者などもマスクを着用したままで構いません。
• We recommend wearing a mask during the MOOT. For presenters, who will be sharing presentation microphones and facilities, we recommend wearing a mask for the duration of your presentation. All presenters, chairpersons, and attendees may wear masks during the MOOT.
・下記のサイトをご参考に、手洗い、人混みを避ける、集団でのとりわけの食事を避ける、咳エチケットの励行など基本的な感染症予防にご協力ください。
